This contempt application has been filed for violation of orders dated 2.3.2016 and 8.7.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.1957 of 2016. There is no averment in the contempt application that the opposite parties have proceeded with the case despite an order staying the further proceedings was passed by this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants, at this stage, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this contempt application with liberty to file a fresh contempt application with better particulars and material. 5. In view of this fact, the contempt application is hereby dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
