The Court made the following: ORDER This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14443 of 2020. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the Superintendent of Police, Palnadu District, Narasaraopet vide proceedings in C.No.66/A1/2022, dated 18.01.2025, wherein it is stated that the petitioners herein were given notional seniority in the cadre of HC (Civil) vide proceedings DO.No.529/2023 in C.No.66/A1/2022, dated 12.06.2023 and proceedings DO.No.25/2025 in C.No.66/A1/2022, dated 18.01.2025 and subsequently, they were promoted as ASIs(Civil) with notional dates (except K.Basava Raj, HC 2191 who is having major punishment) vide proceedings ROO.No.1114./2024 in C.No.23/A1/2022-24, dated 25.11.2024. 3. Basing on the said instructions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, dated 03.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.14443 of 2020, the Contempt Case may be closed. 4. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings issued by the respondents with regard to notional seniority if they have any further grievance.
