Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that by order dated 13.01.2025, the approval has been granted by Central Payment Cell for refunding the excess amount in favour of the applicant and has further submitted that in actual, the amount will be refunded to the applicant within a period of one week. 3. As an afÏdavit has been filed by the respondent and an undertaking has been given by the learned counsel for the respondent that the amount will be refunded to the applicant within a period of one week, so now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances as aforesaid, the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. 5. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
