Mr. Dixit Sahotra, Advocate appearing vice Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, appears and waive services of notice on behalf of respondents. Petitioner’s allegations in respect of noncompliance of judgment rendered in this case pertains to release of his retiral benefits. Let learned counsel for the respondents to have instruction in respect of release of petitioner’s retiral benefits within three weeks. List thereafter before the appropriate Bench. Compliance affidavit/reply be filed in the meanwhile.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Pursuant thereto, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 16.06.2025 and on that basis submitted that the Pension Payment Order has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner on 17.07.2025. That all due and admissible retiral benefits including pension and arrears etc. shall be released in favour of the petitioner within four weeks from today. His statement is taken note of. 3. In view of above office order and the assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to release all admissible retiral benefits including pension and arrears payable in favour of the petitioner within four weeks from today, i.e. by 10.09.2025.
