On 27.11.2024, this Court had already ordered for staying the effect and operation of the impugned judgment & order dated 15.12.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge. We are of the view that the grounds raised in the present interlocutory application are almost similar to the grounds raised in the connected writ appeal, being Writ Appeal No.310/2023. Hence, it is appropriate to list the connected writ appeal for final hearing in the month of August, 2025. The interim order dated 27.11.2024 passed by this Court in this interlocutory application is made absolute till final disposal of Writ Appeal No.310/2023.
