The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash Annexure-C dated:29.01.2020 i.e., opening of the Financial Bid in respect of the Notification dated:01.01.2020, bearing NO.A2/BUD/RBC/Tender/CR- 12/2019-2020 vide Annexure-B issued by fourth respondent and issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to accept the Financial Bid of the petitioners in respect of the Tender work in accordance with the Provisions of KPTT Act 1999 R/w. Rules 2003. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ paper with care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that pursuant to the tender, the work order was issued to the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent has completed the work as of today, - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:6971 WP No. 4186 of 2020 hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. AGA therefore, submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record. Because of completion of the work, the prayer sought by the petitioners cannot accorded at this juncture. Moreover, there is no interim order or direction was granted by this Court.
