The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed by the applicants, Jitendra Singh, Virendra Singh alias Shiv Virendra Singh and Pal Singh, seeking to quash the Summoning Order dated 29.06.2024 passed by Sessions Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Bahraich in Complaint Case No. 162 of 2023 relating to Police Station Kherighat, District Bahraich. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the applicants move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court. .
