In the given facts and circumstances, neither reply is required to be called from the appearing respondents nor notice is required to be issued to respondent No.4.

Petitioner is serving as Inspector in the respondent-Corporation. His grievance is to the office order dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereunder, he has been

transferred from Palampur to Sarkaghat. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admits that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present place of posting. He, however, submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation to respondent No.1 on 01.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) for his suitable adjustment in view of certain adverse family circumstances faced by him.
Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondent No.1/competent authority is
directed to decide his aforesaid representation within a time bound schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to this prayer.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and without interfering with the transfer of respondent No.4 under the impugned office order to the place of posting of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of ten days from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
