[2] It is submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the complainant and the petitioners herein, who are the accused in the FIR No. 28(7) 2024 MI-PS U/s 447/325/324/506/120-B/34 IPC have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) dated 02.12.2024 and thereby settled the dispute between the parties with undertake to withdraw the case. [3] A copy of the MoU dated 02.12.2024 entered in the Office of Meitei Pangal Council Manipur (MPCM) is taken on record. [4] It is submitted that in terms of the amicable settlement made between the parties, the present bail application may be disposed of. [5] On the other hand, the learned PP for the respondent submits that in terms of the MoU dated 02.12.2025, both parties agreed to withdraw the case OINAM THOIB A MEITEI Digitally signed by OINAM THOIBA MEITEI Date: 2025.05.12 11:57:20 +05'30' and the matter has become infructuous as there is no apprehension of being arrest in the FIR case.
