JUSTICE PRANJAL DAS ORDER 18.08.2025 1. Heard Mr. J. Firdaus, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Safikul Islam, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Lahorighat P.S Case No.139/2025 under Sections 63/137(2)/127(2)/3(5) of BNS, R/W Section 4 of POCSO Act. 3. Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that charge-sheet has been submitted vide CS No.125/25 dated 28.07.2025. 4. In the said situation, the petitioner may file an application on behalf of the accused before the learned trial court seeking regular bail which can then be disposed of on merits upon perusal of the relevant materials available at this stage. 5.
