The opposite party no. 4 is also stationed at Gautam Buddh Nagar and the recovery is to be made by the revenue authorities at Gautam Buddh Nagar, therefore, this Court at Lucknow does not have territorial jurisdiction. Merely because after recovering the dues, the dues have to be paid in some account at Lucknow would not give a cause of action, as, essentially the grievance is regarding non-execution of the recovery certificate which has to take place at Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3.
