Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment dated 14.02.2025 of Lucknow Bench of this Court passed in Akhilesh Singh (Supra). 5. Respondent No.4 is directed to fix fresh date for conducting physical test of the petitioner for the purpose of granting him compassionate appointment. Let the aforesaid exercise be done within three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and thereafter, physical test shall be held.
