Case has been called in the revised list. The matter is fixed for personal appearance of the respondent. Neither the learned counsel for the applicant is present nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case. The present application has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 15.05.2024. The relevant extract of the said judgment is quoted hereinbelow:- "In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioner submits a representation within two weeks from today before respondent no.4 then respondent no.4 shall endevour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and the relevant rules within a further period of six weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with certified copy of this order." Respondent has filed compliance affidavit which is taken on record enclosing therein a copy of the order dated 15.02.2025 deciding the representation of the applicant as directed by the writ court. From perusal of the compliance affidavit, it is found that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with as representation of the applicant has been decided on 15.02.2025 as such nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present case and the present contempt application has become infructuous. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
