The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 23.12.2022 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the court concerned. 5.
