The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2023, for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 & 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Seraikella-Kharsawan at Seraikella. On 25.05.2023, petitioner and co-accused inflicted several knives blows on the brother of the informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is delay in lodging of the F.I.R. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
