The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in relation to FIR/Case Crime No.0210/2017, under Sections 457, 354 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act, Police Station - Sadna, District -Sitapur. 3. On being confronted, after taking note of the facts of the case, learned counsel for the applicant states that the application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to avail the other remedies available under the law. 4. The aforesaid has not been opposed. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
