Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 & 3. 4. Petitioner has challenged order dated 02.09.2024 passed by Secretary, Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Ramnagar, whereby his licence was cancelled. He has also challenged order dated 25.08.2025 passed by Managing Director, Agricultural Produce Marketing Board, Rudrapur. The order of cancellation of allotment of shop has also been challenged by the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of dispute between partners of petitioner firm, the shop remained closed for some time and this is the reason for cancellation of licence as well as allotment of shop. He submits that the differences between partners have now been resolved, therefore, petitioner be permitted to make representation seeking revocation of the order of cancellation of licence and allotment of shop. 6. Mr. Vipul Sharma, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 & 3 assures the Court that if petitioner makes 2025:UHC:10615 representation within two weeks, the same shall be decided, as per law. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to respondent no. 2. If such representation is made within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken sympathetically, as per law, within six weeks thereafter. It shall be open to respondent no. 2 to impose any condition, if he decides to revoke the orders impugned in this writ petition, in the interest of Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee. Till decision is taken on the representation, the shop in question shall not be allotted to any other person.
