Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is allowed and the order impugned, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition, is quashed. 4. It is provided that the petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of Raj Krishna (supra).
