However, it is submitted by Mr. Das that the present revision petition was filed against the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court No. 3, Kamrup (M) in F.C.(Crl) Case No. 482/2022 directing the petitioner to pay Rs. 5,000/- per month as interim maintenance till disposal of the case. But, during the pendency of the present case both the petitioner and the respondent obtained mutual divorce from the Family Court itself and hence the present petition already become infructuous and accordingly Mr. Das submitted that as per the instruction of the client he may withdraw the same. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the present situation of the case, the same is disposed of on withdrawal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
