Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned public prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kukkunur, Police Station, West Godavari District., wherein it is stated that, after completion of due investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem and the same is pending vide C.C.No.784 of 2019. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to challenge the said C.C.No.784 of 2019. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for.
