Chyne, learned GA for the State respondents today has produced an office order dated 15.10.2024, which shows that the writ petitioner, whose name appears at Sl. No. 3 thereof, had joined service on 01.10.1992, and after completion of 10(ten) years of service, had been conferred with the status of Regular Casual Worker (RCW), on 01.10.2002. 2. Further, a perusal of the Regular Casual Worker (RCW) Scheme shows that a regular casual worker shall cease to be employed on his attaining the age of 58(Fifty-eight) years. The affidavit sworn before this Court shows that the wit petitioner is aged 60(Sixty) years, as such the prayers that have been made in the writ petition, are no longer sustainable. 3.
