When the matter came up for hearing on 07.02.2025, this court passed the following order:- “Mr.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate, on instructions submitted that the only problem that was faced by the Sub Registrar was that he was not able to correlate the property that has been described in the decree with the present status of that property and as a result, the registration cannot be done. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will obtain the correlation certificate from the Revenue Department https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.3442 of 2025 and produce before this Court. 3. Post this writ petition at the end of the motion list on 19.02.2025.” 3.
