Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging orders dated 14.05.2025 and 27.08.2025 whereby major penalty of withholding one annual increment with permanent has been imposed against the petitioner. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions receipt submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal with regard to his grievances. 4. In view of such a submission being made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioner to approach the Tribunal to ventilate his grievances. In case any such claim petition is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously without granting undue adjournments to either parties. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
