HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 11957 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to provide minimum pension to petitioner. 3. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned State Counsel at the very outset has raised a preliminary objection regarding entitlement of petitioner for grant of pension in view of averments made in the petition itself that petitioner is a retrenched employee in the Agriculture Department and is therefore not entitled to any pension. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid aspect but has referred to the letter dated 07.01.2025 issued by the Joint Director of Agriculture requiring certain documents from petitioner for processing his claims. 5. However in view of the fact that petitioner has not been able to demonstrate any right for being provided pension from this Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence. 6.
