However, State respondents are represented by learned advocate. 3. Vide order dated 25th August, 2025 learned advocate for the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the respondents and to file affidavit-of- service on the next date. Today it is found that no steps have been taken in terms of the order dated 25th August, 2025. 4. Since on behalf of the petitioner submission has not been made in support of the prayer made in this writ petition issue cannot be delved into. 5. The writ petition stands dismissed. 6. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
