Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 1A. Learned counsel for petitioner is granted liberty to implead Additional Director General of Police, (Establishment), Lucknow as opposite party no.4 during the course of day. Notice on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party has been accepted by learned State Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging order dated 22.09.2025 whereby he has been transferred from Lucknow to Gorakhpur Region. 3. It has been submitted that impugned order has been passed without considering the fact that petitioners 10 years’ old daughter namely Ms. Avisha Patel is suffering from a life-threatening brain tumor being the (Exophytic Brainstem Glioma) as is evident from MRI report of Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow where she is undergoing treatment as also the certificate issued by ICON Hospital. It is therefore submitted that petitioner is required to look after the child. 4. In view of humanitarian are being faced by petitioner, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Pratap Singh, Pragati Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Shrichandra Verma .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) party No.4 i.e. Chairman, Police Establishment Board, Lucknow U.P. within a period of ten days from today. In case such a representation is so preferred within the aforesaid time period, the same shall be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5. It is provided that till decision on petitioner’s representation, further operation of impugned order dated 22.09.2025 shall remain abeyance. 6.
