State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. and judgment dated 10.1.2020 passed in CWP No. 2411 of 2019, titled Jagdish Chand v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. passed by the Hon’ble Division Benches of this Court, has been rejected, petitioner is required to file fresh petition, laying therein challenge to order dated 24.12.2024, thereby dismissing his representation. - 2 - 2.
