The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail on 22.08.2024 and in Page No.# 2/2 pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated in the investigation. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Sonapur P.S. Case No. 164/2024 and has also submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has also been recorded by the Investigating Officer. 4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has cooperated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to him by order dated 22.08.2024 is hereby made absolute with a condition that he shall continue to cooperate with the Investigating Officer in the investigation of the case. 5.
