Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- " (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Director General of Police Headquaters (UP), Lucknow to transfer the petitioner no. 1 from her present place of posting i.e. Dial- 112, District- Etawah to Dial 112, District- Agra and petitioner no. 2 from Dial- 112, District- Agra to Dial 112, District- Etawah, on the basis of mutual consent, in the interest of justice." 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Director General of Police Head Quarters, U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
