Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was transferred vide order dated 15.03.2024 from Office of Superintending SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.05.08 18:04:07 +0530 2 Engineer, Indrawati Project Circle, Jagdalpur to Office of Sub-Divisional Officer, Water Resources Sub Division, Fingeshwar, District Gariyaband. He would further submit that the petitioner has sought a direction to relieve respondent No. 5 and to hand over charge to the petitioner. He would also submit that due to mistake a direction has been issued to relieve the petitioner. He would pray to review/modify the order passed in WPS No. 7390 of 2024. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose. 3. Heard. 4. In prayer Clause 10.1(WPS No. 7390 of 2024), the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent authorities to hand over charge of Sub-Divisional Officer, Water Resource Division Fingeshwar, to the petitioner and to relieve respondent No. 5. 5. The order dated 05.12.2024 is hereby modified to the effect that the respondent No. 1 shall issue relieving order of respondent No. 5 and further, issue a specific order to hand over charge of appropriate post to the petitioner at Water Resource Division, Fingeshwar, District Gariyaband. 6. In last line of para 2, instead of ‘he’ , ‘respondent No.5’ shall be substituted. 7. In para 5 “but, till date he has not been relieved” shall be read as “but, till date respondent No. 5 has not been relieved ”. 8. Further in para 5, ‘the petitioner who was transferred in the month of March 2024 has been compelled to prefer a writ petition to get an order of relieving’ instead of “order of relieving ”, it shall be read as “order of handing over of the charge.” 9.
