Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he wants to withdraw this petition. He also submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.12.2023 passed by Co-ordinate bench of this Court, revisionist has deposited Rs.50,000/- before the Senior Registrar of this Court for referring the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court however, the mediation has failed, the report is on record therefore, the revisionist is also liable to be returned the amount of Rs.50,000/-. Perused the record so also the original tender available on the record, Registry of this Court is directed to remit the Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner forthwith.
