Petition has been filed challenging order dated 22.9.2025 whereby he has been transferred to district Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. However learned counsel for petitioner places reliance on the government order dated 6th May, 2025 to submit that he is required to be posted in his home district since he has less than two years to superannuate. 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 1 i.e. Additional Chief Secretary/Principal, Department of Rural Development, Government of U.P., Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided in the light of government order dated 6th May, 2025, within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
