Petitioner took two Mudra Term Loan from Indian Bank, Almora Branch in the year 2022, however, he could not repaid the loan in time, therefore, Tehsildar, Almora has now issued a recovery citation. 5. Petitioner contends that he is liable to pay ₹3,28,814/- and he is ready and willing to liquidate the loan provided some reasonable time be given for the purpose. 6. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that if petitioner is really serious about repayment of loan, then he has no objection, if petitioner is permitted to make representation for one time settlement/ re- schedulement of loan. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to the Competent Authority in the Bank. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the Competent Authority, within two weeks thereafter. For a period of four weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
