Learned counsel for the State submits that he has filed the detailed report on 26th July, 2022, by supplying copy of the same to the learned advocate for the petitioner. But the petitioner has not filed any exception till date. 3. As per the report, the Government has acted in view of the legal parameters and there is no illegality in the same.
