Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of family pension to petitioner for the period 9th December 2018 till 4th February, 2025. 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 5 i.e. Additional Chief Officer, District Panchayat, Hardoi. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4. The petition stands disposed of.
