The present criminal appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 08.09.2015, passed by the court of learned Second Additional Session Judge, District Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Appeal No.204 of 2013, “Amarjeet Singh Vs. State of Uttarakhand”, under Sections 279 and 304A of IPC, whereby the learned Appellate Court confirmed the judgment and order dated 08.08.2013. 4. The present matter has been listed for disposal of the delay condonation application (IA No.2/2025). The criminal revision has been filed with a delay of 2856 days, and there is no satisfactory explanation has been given as to why delay may be condoned. No sufficient grounds are given to support the delay condonation application. Consequently, the delay condonation is hereby rejected. 5. The present criminal revision is dismissed accordingly. 6.
