GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in not registering the FIR against the Respondent Nos. 5 to 14 in spite of the petitioner's oral and written complaint dated 05-03-2020 and inspite of sending the complaint through post to the Respondent Nos.2 AND 3 and further on several requests and Personal approaches of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, improper, and unconstitutional and against the procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 to Register the FIR against the Respondents 5 to 14 basing on the written complaint dated 05-03-2020 lodged by the petitioner and sent through post and take action as per the procedure contemplated under law and to file final report forthwith as per the law and also procedure contemplated under the code of criminal procedure.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Respondent – Police have not received any complaint from the Petitioner. 3 3. Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of and liberty may be given to the Petitioner to make fresh representation. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to make fresh representation. There shall be no order as to costs.
