Singh Royekwar, learned counsel, who appears for the respondent(s) and perused the material available on record. 2. This is the second writ petition, as the first writ petition was dismissed on 08.09.2025, noticing the timeline fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court for consideration of the request for approval has already come to an end. 3. Counsel for the petitioner, argues that the timeline has been extended by the Supreme Court vide its order dated 8th September, 2025. 4. In view thereof, it is directed that the application of the petitioner, shall be considered within the timeline as extended by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the petitioner would be permitted to deposit the amounts by the respondent no.3, which are required to be deposited for consideration of approval. 5. The decision shall be taken within the timeline as prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in accordance with law. 6. Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
