On 18.08.2025, as per the report of the Registry, respondent No.1, had expired. Thereafter, the matter was listed on various dates, for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1, including the last opportunity. Thereafter, another opportunity was given, subject to deposit of costs of Rs.2,000/-, however, steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent No.1, have not been taken, as such, the application is ordered to be abated against respondent No.1.
