The memorandum of appeal was filed on 29.01.2025. 2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the second respondent- Deputy Commissioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the second respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, to take up the appeal filed by the petitioner atleast for the consideration of the interim prayer and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
