Mr. Rangil Singh, Advocate, for respondent No.4. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Following order was passed in the matter on the last date of hearing, i.e. 20.12.2024:- “Leaned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record consideration order passed by respondent No.2- the Director Ayurveda, Himachal Pradesh on 13.09.2024 in case of one Smt. Kanta Devi, pursuant to the directions issued in O.A No. 2171 of 2019 regarding regularization of services on completion of ten years of service with all consequential benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is senior to Smt. Kanta Devi in the same Department, and is entitled to the benefit give to 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Smt. Kanta Devi under the aforesaid order. Petitioner also prays for the same benefits. Let learned Deputy Advocate General to have instruction as to whether case of the petitioner is similar to that of aforesaid Smt. Kanta Devi. Instructions be placed on record on the next date of hearing. List after three weeks.” 2. In compliance thereto, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 20.01.2025 from the Director, AYUSH, Himachal Pradesh. As per these instructions, the case of the petitioner is similar to that of Smt. Kanta Devi and further that the petitioner has already been released the benefits as were released to Smt. Kanta Devi. Copy of the consideration order dated 15.10.2024 has also been placed on record. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that consequential benefits resulting from the consideration order dated 15.10.2024 shall be released in favour of the petitioner within two weeks. 4. Taking note of the above documents and the submissions so made by learned Additional Advocate General, the present writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to take consequential action as per the consideration order dated 15.10.2024 within a period of two weeks from today. 3 The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
