The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No. 2278 of 2023 for the first respondent submitted that the entire investigation in Crime No.19 of 2021 has now been completed and about to file a final report. He further submitted that they are awaiting one document from bank to file the final report. 3. In view of the above, transferring the investigation to a new agency would not be appropriate, as the new investigating officer would have to start from the zero point for investigation. Therefore, the transfer of investigation would not serve any purpose. Hence, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
