The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent herein, filed a petition in HMOP.No.338 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai for divorce and the same is pending for the past two years without any progress. He would further submit that the respondent is wantonly dragging on the proceedings and therefore, the said case may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court. 4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned District Judge, Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the HMOP.No.338 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 5.
