Mr. Nikhil Bhatt, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Dushyant Mainali, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioners are serving as Head Constable in Provincial Armed Constabulary, thus, they are public servants. They have raised seniority dispute in these writ petitions. 4. Learned State Counsel raised objection that petitioners have remedy of approaching Tribunal established under Public Services Tribunal Act, 1976. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the said submission. He, however, submits that only interpretation of Rules is involved and there is no disputed question of fact requires to be gone into. 6. Since petitioners have Statutory remedy of approaching the Tribunal and all questions, which are being raised here, can also be raised before the Tribunal, therefore, this Court declines to entertain the writ petitions. 7. However, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach the Tribunal.
