Case No.23 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(2), 132, 121 (1), 121(2), 262, 263, 109, 351(3), 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is absolutely innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the First Information Report. He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to some ulterior motive of the informant. He also submits that though the petitioner is named in the FIR, but the same is on the basis of suspicion as there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. He further submits that three co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.2980 of 2025, vide order dated 03.06.2025. 3. Considering the materials available on record and also the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and three other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.2980 of 2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 5. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Karon P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 6. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
