Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home written instructions, would submit that, having received representation dated 22.04.2024 from the Petitioner, Respondent No.5 tried to on summon the Petitioner, but could not secure his presence as the house of the Petitioner was under lock and the mobile number of the Petitioner mentioned in the said representation. It is further submitted that there disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents and the Police never interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Ms.P.Saraswathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that. was also not are civil recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedies before appropriate forum. Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
