Mr. Navnish Negi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Devesh Ghildiyal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. This writ petition is filed by Committee of Management of Inter College Dhaundkhal, Pauri Garhwal. According to petitioner, there are large number of vacancies on teaching and non-teaching posts in the said college, which is receiving financial aid from State Government, however, the Competent Authority is not granting permission for advertising the vacancies, which is necessary, as per Regulations framed under Uttarakhand Schools Education Act, 2006. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: - (i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to Initiate the Selection process for the Post of Teaching and Non Teaching Staff in the Dhaundkhal Inter College Pauri Garhwal Expeditiously within the time frame of 3 months as provided under the Regulation framed under the School Education Act 2006. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to judgment dated 03.09.2025 rendered by this Court in WPMS No. 2839 of 2023. In para 19 of the said judgment, direction was issued to take decision on the application made by Management for advertising vacancies, 2025:UHC:10685 within four weeks. 6. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Chief Education Officer, Pauri Garhwal to take decision on petitioner’s application dated 14.06.2024 (annexure no. 1 to the writ petition), as per law, within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
