934-WP-7521-2019.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 7521 OF 2019 Balbhim Shrinivas Patil VERSUS The Chief Executive Officer And Another ... Mr. P. V. Indrale Patil, Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. A. N. Irpatgire, Advocate for Respondents *** CORAM : R. M. JOSHI, J DATE : OCTOBER 14, 2025 PER COURT : 1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in connected matters this Court in Writ Petition No. 7956/2018 and others has set aside the order passed by the Labour Court, Latur rejecting the application filed under Section 33(C-2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. It is his submission that considering the similarity of the facts involved in both matters, order impugned deserves to be set aside by relegating back the matter to Labour Court, Latur for decision afresh. 2. Learned Counsel for Respondent has opposed the Petition, however, he was not able to dispute the fact that in similarly placed matters order is passed by this Court. No. 02/2018 is relegated back to Labour Court for decision afresh. 4. Since the proceeding is of year 2018, it is expected that the Labour Court decides the same expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from today. 5. All issues are kept open for agitation before Labour Court. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) Umesh PAGE 2 OF 2
