Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. 2. This application is filed by the wife seeking transfer of Petition -A No. 2103/2024 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Pune to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir. 3. It is the case of the wife that, she is residing at Udgir with her old age parents. The distance between two places is around 350 kms. She find it difficult to travel to Pune as she is residing with her three years child. There is no one to accompany her to go to Pune. The learned Ethape ( 2 ) 934-MCA-147-2025 Advocate for the applicant therefore prays for allowing the application. 4. The application is vehemently opposed by learned Advocate for the respondent. 5. Considering the above, this Court finds that it would be in the interest of justice to transfer the proceeding from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Pune to the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Udgir. Hence, following order :- ORDER (i) Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) After transfer of the proceeding, the learned Judge shall try to dispose of the same as early as possible and preferably within one year from today. (iii) The applicant-wife shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments. If such adjournments are sought, the Court may pass appropriate order compensating the husband. (iv) If the husband makes a prayer to appear through video Ethape ( 3 ) 934-MCA-147-2025 conferencing, such prayer be considered liberally by the Trial Court. (v) With this, Misc.
