Issue a order or direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS, commanding the Opp. Party No. 02 & 03 to produce the Petitioner No.01 & 02 (Detenue) before this Hon'ble Court and to allow him to go and live with his natural guardian i.e. father as petitioner No.-03" Taking note of the facts, as pleaded in the present petition, as also the statutory remedy available to the petitioner under Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy available under law including remedy under Guardian and Wards Act, 1890. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
